Stop Overriding Yourself
An Introduction to Internal Consent
A live virtual workshop for high-functioning women who want to begin living from internal consent instead of self-override.
Many high-functioning women have learned to override themselves in ways that look responsible from the outside:
pushing through exhaustion
saying yes too quickly
disconnecting from their body
and calling bracing discipline
Over time, this creates fragmentation, confusion, exhaustion, and loss of clarity — even in women who are deeply capable and self-aware.
This workshop is an introduction to recognizing override in real time and rebuilding internal consent from the inside out.
Inside the workshop, we’ll explore
why override becomes normalized in high-functioning women
why insight alone often fails to create change
how to recognize override in real time
what internal consent actually feels like in the body
and how to begin rebuilding trust with yourself without force or self-abandonment

This workshop is for women who

are tired of living from pressure, bracing, or over-functioning
want to rebuild internal trust and coherence
