Stop Overriding Yourself

An Introduction to Internal Consent

A live virtual workshop for high-functioning women who want to begin living from internal consent instead of self-override.

Many high-functioning women have learned to override themselves in ways that look responsible from the outside:

  • pushing through exhaustion

  • saying yes too quickly

  • disconnecting from their body

  • and calling bracing discipline

Over time, this creates fragmentation, confusion, exhaustion, and loss of clarity — even in women who are deeply capable and self-aware.

This workshop is an introduction to recognizing override in real time and rebuilding internal consent from the inside out.

Inside the workshop, we’ll explore

  • why override becomes normalized in high-functioning women

  • why insight alone often fails to create change

  • how to recognize override in real time

  • what internal consent actually feels like in the body

  • and how to begin rebuilding trust with yourself without force or self-abandonment

This workshop will not be recorded, as the live experience is an important part of the process.

To support a more intentional and participatory experience, this initial workshop will be limited to a small group of 4–6 participants.

This workshop is for women who

  • are highly capable but internally exhausted

  • often push past their own capacity

  • feel disconnected from themselves despite “doing the work”

  • struggle to access clarity consistently

  • are tired of living from pressure, bracing, or over-functioning

  • want to rebuild internal trust and coherence
